Return Process

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Package

  Securely pack the items in their original Songmont dust bag and box, ensuring all protective films and tags remain intact.

  Ship Items

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
